GGuest User: The hotel is a very nice and nice room for the hotel. We have not had breakfast but we could still quickly have had a good coffee offered by our owner. Two personal notes I feel to make: - the entrance to the parking slightly tight requires a little destruction - the upper rooms are not served as an elevator. It is very advisable.

LLa Valentina: In the whole, the hotel is in a good place for this type of establishment. With the tired travel, we thought that opening the window would be enough, but the smell was finally too present. The receptionist was not very favourable to a change of room at the start, but after discussion, a solution was finally found. Thank you.

GGuest User: Excellent location, very comfortable private place to park the bike in the courtyard behind the hotel, a comfortable and spacious room, a little sacrifice bathroom and unfortunately the flexible plastic shower door that swipes with a failure closet ... very friendly, professional and available staff. Good breakfast but a little expensive...

As my pace slowed, my thoughts had room to settle, and the scenery crept in through the gaps in my mind, no longer just fleeting impressions, but deep images that touched my soul. I looked at an old tree by the roadside, struck by lightning yet still stubbornly sprouting new buds, and thought of the resilience of life; I looked at a cluster of wildflowers swaying in the wind from a crack in the rocks, and thought of the value of existence. These landscapes were no longer objects, but mirrors reflecting my inner self. My impromptu escape plan was a success. This success lay in finally having time to converse with myself, no longer being washed away by the flow of external information until I lost myself. I strolled along a gently flowing stream, watching how the water flowed around the stones, how it washed away the silt, and how it reflected my surroundings. The colors of the sky—these simple natural phenomena sparked my reflections on the philosophy of life. I no longer rushed to find answers, but instead enjoyed the process of contemplation. In this slower, more meditative state, I felt my mind become clearer. Those once-tangled worries seemed so insignificant in the face of this vast landscape. I learned to be like a stream, adapting to circumstances and finding peace in whatever comes my way. That open-mindedness filled me with confidence for the future. It made me realize that travel is not just about seeing scenery, but also about seeing oneself within that scenery, rediscovering the true soul buried by the trivialities of daily life. #NewYearDestinations2026 #travel2026

Stepping onto the soft meadows, the sensation radiates from the soles of my feet to my heart, like a gentle embrace from the Earth. The bubbling stream, the crisp splash of water against stone, echoes through the vast mountain wilderness like an ancient summons. As I listen, I feel like a jagged rock tumbled by currents for a millennium, finally worn smooth and round. Nature has kneaded me into a state of near-transparency. Later, as I strolled through the entire ancient street, it struck me: those cobblestones polished to a sheen by time shared a kindred spirit with the meadows I had just traversed. The most stirring sights are always tucked away in the mundane—in the focus of an old cobbler threading a needle, or the fluid arc of an old man’s wrist as he draws with liquid sugar. These everyday acts, infused with the weight of time, become something sacred and solemn. I stood at a street corner, watching the setting sun stretch the old man’s shadow across the mottled walls; the stillness of the scene was hauntingly beautiful. This softness found in nature has taught me to view the ancient street through a more forgiving lens. I no longer nitpick its age or decay, but instead appreciate the character distilled through the ages. Much like the stream, unhurried and steady, it nourishes everything in its path, including my own long-parched soul.

This trip, we intended everything to be “simple but special” because France is a country that makes us feel like a heroine in a 90s European movie, walking in a city where every alley is alive and every bite of pastry has a story. 🏰 Start the first day at the Palace of Versailles, a magnificent French royal palace that you have to see with your own eyes to understand what “artistic extravagance” is like. Walk through the Hall of Mirrors that reflects natural light until it looks like the whole world is shining. The garden outside is so wide that you have to use a golf cart, but we choose to walk… because every step is beautiful. 🗼 Return to Paris in the evening and end the trip by sitting by the Seine River, looking at the Eiffel Tower at night, which gradually lights up with twinkling lights on the exact hour. It is romantic, peaceful, and makes your heart flutter without having to say anything. 🍫🍞 The next day, we started the day with a thick hot chocolate at a roadside cafe with freshly baked croissants that were so fragrant that you had to close your eyes before taking a bite — the outside is crispy and crumbly in your mouth, the inside is soft like a dream. Who said French croissants are ordinary? I will argue until my last breath! ☕ Stop by Carette Cafe near Trocadéro with a view of the Eiffel Tower. A small cafe with tea, bakery, and the aroma of coffee that is not rushed. We sat for so long that we forgot the time. It was like the whole city was just the table we were sitting at. #TravelFrance #EiffelTower

Finally checked out two of Avignon's most iconic landmarks in the South of France! On one side is the Papal Palace, the massive mansion of the former popes, and on the other is the famous Pont d'Hôtel de l'Étoile (the broken bridge from the children's song). Both are just a few minutes' walk apart, and buying a combined ticket is even more cost-effective! 🏰 Papal Palace (Grand Papal Palace) It's breathtaking from afar. The massive stone walls are solid and imposing, befitting its status as the world's largest Gothic palace. Seven popes lived and worked here, making it the center of power in medieval Europe. The interior has numerous rooms, and the free tablet-based guided tour is incredibly useful. It recreates the rooms' original appearance, showing surviving old frescoes, a huge banquet hall, and the popes' bedrooms. Although most of the furniture is long gone, leaving only the stone walls, you can still imagine the grandeur of the Papacy in its heyday. You absolutely must climb to the rooftop terrace! It's an unparalleled viewpoint, offering a panoramic view of the Rhône River and the Pont d'Hôtel de l'Étoile, along with the red rooftops of the old town – perfect for taking stunning photos. A friendly reminder: If you're not interested in medieval history, this might feel a bit empty, but those who love exploring old buildings will adore it. 🌉 Pont Saint-Bénézet (commonly known as the Pont des Beaux-Arts in Avignon) Legend has it that a shepherd boy was guided by a divine oracle to build this bridge. Originally, it had 22 arches, but the Rhône River flooded it year after year. After a massive flood destroyed most of it, the locals decided the repair costs were too high and simply gave up, leaving only four arches. 😂 It's the inspiration for the French nursery rhyme "On the Pont des Beaux-Arts in Avignon"! Standing on the broken bridge, feeling the river breeze, watching the water flow by, and with a small chapel nearby, you can explore this short stretch in about half an hour. Although you can no longer cross to the other side, its ruined state adds to its charm, and the view of the Papal Palace from the bridge is a superb angle. 💡In summary: The Papal Palace offers a rich historical atmosphere and panoramic views, while the Pont des Papes (the bridge over the Papal States) provides romantic photo opportunities and perfect for recreating childhood memories. The two complement each other perfectly. After exploring the Papal Palace, wander into the old town's alleyways and find a small café to relax – this is the true way to experience southern France. I recommend buying a combined ticket for the Papal Palace and the Pont des Papes; this allows you to leisurely visit both places in one day, and half a day is sufficient.
猪猪山大王A strong wind can blow up a piece of white paper but cannot blow away a butterfly. Because the power of life lies in disobedience. Feng Jicai
日落黄昏时_Only half of the Pont de Avignon remains above the river. The original bridge had 22 arches, but now only 4 remain, and the stones have turned grayish from the river's erosion. Murals from the original basilica can still be seen in the small chapel at the bridgehead. Standing on the bridge, watching the Rhône flow by, the scenery on the opposite bank is quite expansive; when the wind is strong, you can hear the wind whistling through the arches.
YoYo_0T9A3B0LAvignon Cathedral is located next to the Papal Palace, and it's a simple Romanesque building. The statue of the Virgin Mary on the top of the bell tower is very conspicuous and can be seen from anywhere in the city. The interior of the cathedral is not large, with soft light from the stained glass windows and some faded murals on the walls. It's quite quiet inside, and you can hear the sounds of tourists coming from the Papal Palace square next door, but it still has the tranquility of an old church.
YoYo_0T9A3B0LIt's beautiful. When taking pictures, you have to wait for the red light to stop cars from passing by.
nooneelseRude and boorish man at the control of the tele ski/wake. He will tell you that you have to greet him first and that saying hello to him wouldn't hurt. Then he shouts PUTAIN just before you go on the water with your skis. If you stop during your round and come out of the water to the side at a place that is not indicated with white buoys, he will curse you in unintelligible French. This man with his hat and sunglasses, big muscles and tattoos is probably a bit overworked by the many customers he has to serve. Poor man, I forgive him because my family and I have had several pleasant ski days in wam park orange. Very nice park, pleasant and very helpful staff by the way.
