The attractions were exciting, the atmosphere was amazing, and the Harry Potter areas were absolutely magical. Some queues were quite long, but the experience was worth it. We enjoyed every moment and made wonderful memories together. A fantastic place for a mother-daughter trip! Highly recommended!
_TI***q1The park was the kids' favorite and most anticipated. We flew to Orlando specifically for it and, like special forces, walked at least 20,000 steps a day. They were very happy and got to experience all the attractions they wanted to do, some even twice. It's quite different from the North Loop in many ways.
Anonymous userGot kicked out for making a comment about a bartender with a bad attitude. Went upstairs to the bar and tried to get a drink, the female bartender was inputting her tips as we approached. She clearly looked flustered, I joked and said “rough night?” She responded back with confirming the bad night. My friends and I stood there thinking she would take our drink order but instead kept going on about how bad the night had been while still inputting her tips. After standing there awkwardly for some time we decided to grab a drink at the bar behind the lanes. The female bartender would not acknowledge us even though we were the only ones at the bar, I repeatedly tried to get her attention and finally when I did she just walked away after I asked for a drink, confused about what just happened I flagged down the male bartender and as he walked up my friend said to him “she’s got a bad attitude” he then walked away and instead of the drinks we requested we were met with security and the bar manager. Instead of handling this with customer service they aggressively walked up and told us we had to leave and were being kicked out. I tried pulling the bar manager to the side to discuss what happened but instead he said no need because we heard and saw everything in the cameras.. if you guys have been here on Saturday nights, you’d know that it is way too loud in there with not only music, bowling and socialization there was no way any camera would have gotten this interaction besides visuals. We asked to review the recordings with them and they refused and basically said they “don’t need to” So this will be the last time this establishment gets our business, friends and family will and have been warned, Management needs a diving into, the managers need to be managed. Till then, I would not recommend.
