My husband loves couscous so we googled and found le maroc. We were warmly welcomed and given a table by the window. The starter dishes were good. The tagine was very tasty (maybe lacking spice) and the couscous merguez was perfect for my very hungry husband. All in all a great experience with fantastic service.

Having made a very last minute reservation for one, I arrived at the restaurant at 19:00 on Friday 28 July and was shown a table at the rear, from where you could see the chef at work.I was the first to arrive, but after some 30 minutes the restaurant, which is small and cosy, was already more than half full and when I had finished my main course, every table was taken..The food was delicious. As a starter I had  pieces of salmon fillet with spinach and spiced cream, nicely presented, and a coconut naan, both very tasty. My main was a vegetarian dish with aubergine, which, although it did not look as attractive as the starter, was also very good. It was served with basmati rice. For dessert I chose the &quot;th&eacute; gourmand&quot;, consisting of a cup of any tea from the menu, accompanied by four mini-desserts (for those who find it hard to choose).I cannot speak for any of the drinks on the menu: as it was a hot day, I ordered a large bottle of sparkling water to go with the food.I was very happy with my choice of restaurant and will certainly book a table at this place again, next time I visit Lille.One more thing: when I left, people were (still) waiting outside the restaurant to get a table. Always a good sign.

Best sushi and sashimi I ever had in Europe. Almost as good as in Japan.

The food was excellent. Amazing flavours with exceptional presentation. The wait staff were very attentive. I will definitely return when next in Lille. Highly recommend.

Restaurant doesn&rsquo;t look at all like it is pictured. No ambiance at all! It&rsquo;s a typical hotel like a Novatel restaurant. Not all what you want if you travel to France to experience the culture and excellent cuisine.

We were so delighted with the lovely service, wonderful food and an altogether excellent evening in this restaurant.

The restaurant around her boss, joyous and welcome. The meat was super good. As we had dinner a day of recovery, everything was not available, it will be the opportunity to come back! Thank you for this warm moment that has put all the family agreed ????
