Arrived at the Post Cafe, Marrickville, for a late lunch on Mothers Day. It was packed. The staff were very welcoming & said they would sort a table if we could wait a few minutes. Within 10 minutes we had a table. They have a great menu & we ordered quickly. There was a delay with the service on this day but only to be expected as, being Mothers Day, it was really busy. Great atmosphere, wonderful, pleasant staff. The meals portions are really generous & our meals were fantastic. Wonderful coffee!! As patrons were leaving the cafe the manager gave all the ladies a choice from a selection of flowers they had on display. What a nice, thoughtful gift for Mothers Day. This place is really worth a visit. PS I checked out the breakfast menu whilst there. It's for us for sure.
