Shakespeare in the Park: Expanded Access, New Ticketing PlanHOT
Shakespeare in the Park has rolled out an expanded ticketing program to make it easier for audiences to take part. Running from May 22 to Sep 8, free performance tickets are still distributed at 12:00 PM on the day of the show, but visitors no longer have to wait in long lines in Central Park. Instead, they can pick up vouchers at 50 locations citywide and redeem them for tickets. These locations include public libraries, cultural centers, and Citizens Bank branches, making it easier for more people to join in.
Known for its open-air productions and lively atmosphere, Shakespeare in the Park gives audiences the chance to enjoy classic plays in a one-of-a-kind outdoor setting. The expanded ticket options are designed to make the experience more convenient and inclusive, encouraging more people to enjoy live performances in Central Park. Visitors can look forward to an engaging cultural experience and the thrill of seeing Shakespeare brought to life under the summer night sky.
