The property is great except two issues we had. Our room had a faulty air conditioning system which used to shut down constantly. But I called the guys up at 2 am, and they promptly came to fix it but it shut down again after couple of hours. I decided not to bother after that. So yes, AC could be better of course. In these situations, usually the hotel would provide the guests with complementary stuff, but none was offered to us. Second issue was the lunch. Food was great in the restaurant but it came after an hour of waiting. I mentioned this to the reception but again they didn’t know what to do in these situations. May be the ***agement needs to look into these issues and if they arise, appropriate actions should be taken to make up for the inconveniences caused to the guests. Shout out to the location, it’s pretty close to the temple, fort and the river.
