We are very pleased that their better services on upgrading our room 😀 Also their clean amd tidy up room services is always the best points. This time we are family trip spent two days at the same hotel with two different kind of rooms that can taste their boths of the excellent services. Especially they teach me how to using their coffee machines. So I can tasting the coffee when me wake up. And the bathing area is satisfying my desire one bath tub and one shower bath. Hopefully we can coming here again and got a relaxing vaccination. Thank you once again of the Garden Hotel Services.

I chose a non-smoking room, but I could still smell cigarettes in my room, probably from the room next door. That bothered me.

I was in Guangzhou for the Canton fair and had the pleasure of staying at the LN Garden Hotel. It truly was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in worldwide. For non-Chinese speakers that might be reading this review, I should add that I don't speak Chinese, and all of the staff I interacted with with spoke outstanding English. The location was excellent, the service at every venue from check in to the concierge and restaurants was flawless, and the room was beautiful. But as great as the location, room, and service were, I was even more impressed with Mr. Singh and Carrie in particular. I had the chance to meet them in the Executive Lounge on different occasions and it would be hard for me to be able to sufficiently praise their kindness, hospitality, knowledge, and professionalism. I have stayed in many hotels in other first tier cities in China, and I can say without reservation that this will always be my first choice in Guangzhou. I would give six stars on a scale of one to five!

Great service and rooms, as usual. Is it worth the price? Debatable, but we always go here when in Guangzhou and it's always a great experience.

Fantastic hotel that I stayed many times since 20 years ago during Canton Fair and other times for business. I booked 3 standard rooms for one night this time and checked in late in the evening. The reception was very professional and upgraded us all to 3 suites. We spent an unforgettable night.
