Excellent stay at this hotel, English speaking staff, outstanding International buffet and breakfast. Free upgraded room, early check-in and late check-out was not a problem. The indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi (not working but still a pleasant warm change to the slightly chilly pool). Sauna in the men’s changing room, steam in the ladies. Our children enjoyed the May holiday activities on offer too. We’ll be back.

We took our kids on a May Day trip and stayed at the InterContinental Hangzhou Liangzhu for the first time. The hotel's service management and hardware facilities are great, and the staff are very enthusiastic and dedicated, making guests feel at home.
