The hotel is located well and is clean and spacious. We had issues with the toilet. It didn’t flush. This resulted in some issues which could have resolved better and more efficient. At the end it got resolved. But it could have been handled better. Also on a different day we were told we hadn’t payed and our cards were blocked. Also this was resolved, but shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

The hotel has complete facilities and good service, especially hygiene, which is super clean. It is very close to the Antiga Mosque and the ancient city and can be reached on foot.

Hygiene: Not good. The toilet was not flushed clean! The front desk service attitude was bad. The bed sheets and quilt covers were not clean. The inside of the water cup was also very dirty. I drank red wine in it and it was not cleaned. There was no disposable cup inside. I checked out less than 20 minutes after I checked in. I booked 117 yuan before. In less than 20 minutes, they refunded me more than 50 yuan. I told them well! They said they would change the room for you. What's the point of returning the room? I checked out directly. I came to Kashgar for a business trip for six or seven days, and this hotel was the most speechless hotel. The next day, before I checked out, the cleaning staff swiped my card to open my door, and did not apologize at all. Instead, they laughed at the door. I don’t know what they were laughing at. Is it funny to open a room where there are still guests? The overall environment is okay. The room faces the street, and the noise is acceptable. But the overall service is indeed a bit poor.

The room is too narrow, and the suitcases can only be placed in the passage, which is very easy to trip. The bathroom is quite large, but unfortunately there is no dry and wet separation, and the toilet bowl is also soaked when taking a shower. The hotel has a parking lot, but for vehicles that block other vehicles from entering and exiting, the owner is not required to leave the car keys, and even the room number is not registered. I was in a hurry in the morning, and I waited for a long time but the hotel did not contact the owner to move the car. In the end, I waited for more than 20 minutes. Fortunately, I was able to move it out when the car next to it was leaving. It was too delayed. The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance to the old city of Kashgar, and there are convenience stores, pharmacies, and restaurants within a few steps, which are very convenient.

Just opposite the west gate of the ancient city, there is a small parking lot behind, there are many restaurants nearby, the location is very good, the front is not big, the room is OK, the setting is relatively new, the bed is quite soft, the bedding and towels are also new, that is, the room has The smell of cigarettes has dissipated for a long time, and there is no dry and wet separation in the bathroom. However, the weather is dry and the water on the ground dries quickly, so it does not affect it. For this price, during the peak tourist season, this hotel is a great value.

It's a new hotel, and the facilities are OK. Although it's at an intersection, the window of the standard room we stayed in is a residential area, so it's quite quiet to sleep at night. There are many restaurants nearby where locals go to eat. You can eat and buy fruits in 5 minutes downstairs, which is very convenient. Opposite the hotel are the two entrances to the West City of Kashgar Ancient City on the left and right. Not far from the Wusitang Boyi Street entrance, there is a police convenience station where you can apply for border passes.

It’s not whether the hotel is good or not. You spent hundreds of dollars. As soon as you entered the room and saw the price of the hotel room items, you dare to use them. When you come to a strange city, you wonder if this is a shady hotel. Isn’t this hotel a good place to stay? , is it for viewing? Before you come to stay, do you have to check it yourself first to see if anything is broken? Even if you don’t use it, do you have to pay compensation to the hotel when you check out?

I think it's very good, the decoration is very new, the facilities are no different from those in the mainland, it's very close to the ancient city, and it's convenient to take a taxi on the road outside the door. The hotel staff can speak basic Mandarin, so communication is no problem. You can't put too much paper in the toilet at once, otherwise you will have to borrow tools to unclog the toilet like me.

I stayed here for 3 nights, traveled to Pakistan, and stayed here again when I came back to Kashgar. The location is great as Cass Commercial Street is right in front and Goseong is also within walking distance. The inside of the hotel was also very clean.
