The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it incredibly convenient to access all the major attractions within the Old City. You can soak in the vibrant atmosphere of the old town just by walking around, and returning to the hotel after sightseeing is a breeze. It's a peaceful oasis amidst the bustle, offering a fantastic living environment. They even provided coffee vouchers, which could be redeemed for free coffee at the lobby's coffee bar – a thoughtful touch! The staff at the coffee bar were warm, attentive, and incredibly friendly, responding promptly to any requests. It was a rare moment of relaxation during my trip, just sitting there enjoying a coffee in such a comfortable and laid-back atmosphere. I was also pleasantly surprised by the hotel's Cantonese cuisine. The dishes were of high quality, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. Finding such genuine Cantonese food in Kashgar is a rarity, making it perfect for both formal meals and casual gatherings. The overall service experience was well-balanced; from check-in to dining, you could truly feel the hotel's dedication and efficient management. "Staying at the Kashgar Sky Garden Guesthouse truly felt like stepping into a dreamlike Western Region. The rooms were decorated with a unique exotic flair, featuring carved pillars, hand-painted ceramics, and vintage copper lamps. The 3rd and 4th floors even housed a wood carving museum, creating a super photogenic, old-fashioned atmosphere. The service was exceptionally good value. The butler not only confirmed our itinerary in advance and arranged airport pickup, but also thoughtfully prepared local sweet tea and seasonal fruits for afternoon tea. Any questions could be directed to the butler, and breakfast was incredibly lavish and could even be delivered to our room. We happened to be there to take our wedding photos, and the rooftop terrace was absolutely stunning! This trip to Southern Xinjiang was truly unforgettable because of this warmth."

Our original room booking was a bit too small, so the front desk kindly upgraded our room. The housekeeping staff was incredibly thoughtful, even helping us with laundry late at night. The hotel is also conveniently located, about a 15-minute taxi ride to Kashgar Old City. There's also a Sichuan restaurant nearby, which was very convenient. The staff provides excellent and attentive service, always ready to help with any issues."

Although I don’t speak Chinese, communication was a breeze due to translation tools and the staff’s intuitive understanding of my needs. "Our road trip to southern Xinjiang finally took place, with the renowned Kashgar Old Town as our main stop. Before departure, my wife personally researched B&Bs in the old town, choosing one that would be convenient for exploring the sights, comfortable, and uniquely decorated. After extensive research, we chose this B&B. The hostess was incredibly welcoming and forthright, providing attentive and enthusiastic service. She explained the city's characteristics, travel tips, and photo spots. We also have a travel photography studio on the first floor, and after seeing the excellent photos, my wife decided to take one herself. The breakfast on the first floor is very affordable and offers a wide variety. If you're tired of the local fare, you can also order Chinese cuisine, which is also quite delicious. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend it to any friends visiting Kashgar."

"This is a recently opened hidden gem B&B, and I highly recommend everyone to stay here. The room layout is incredibly comfortable, creating a truly relaxing space. The owner, a passionate designer and host, has perfectly blended the B&B's design with local Western Regions aesthetics. It's surrounded by local homes, making it very quiet. Walking around, I even saw a neighbor's grandpa herding his sheep back to the pen, who greeted me warmly – it was incredibly laid-back and authentic. You can truly feel that the owner couple pours their heart into running their B&B and genuinely cares for every single guest. On our arrival day, the owner was already at the airport to pick us up. They enthusiastically introduced us to the best of Kashi's food, drinks, and activities, and even prepared a personally curated food guide for all guests. Every morning, they'd wake up early, making sure we young people had a good breakfast before heading out to explore, making us feel like family. If we had any questions while out, they were always available to answer via WeChat or phone – truly thoughtful. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and I look forward to visiting again on my next trip! 💜"

Window View as Art - I suggest opting for a high-floor city view room; the morning and evening light is perfect for photos. - The small coffee table in front of the floor-to-ceiling window is an excellent spot for taking pictures."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right south of the ancient city. It's only about a ten-minute walk to the East Gate, which is very close. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and it's easy to catch a taxi. The hotel also offers airport transfers, making getting around very convenient. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and the rooms are quite spacious. It's a pity that the family room for parents and children doesn't face the ancient city, so we couldn't enjoy the beautiful views, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the room windows were quite dirty and should be cleaned more often, especially since enjoying the ancient city view from a high floor is one of the hotel's main selling points. The breakfast selection is rich and of good quality, but during peak hours, it gets too crowded, and there aren't enough seats, which should be expanded. Additionally, there are only two elevators, so there's often a long wait. These two points urgently need improvement."
