Nice cute hotel in front of the cultural center, even the hard ware of the hotel is but outdated, but service is great, front desk are very friendly and helpful, I enjoyed my stay there;)

Staff was not helpful. Needed help from front desk but to no avail. Did not solve my problem. Room Aircon was not working well. Felt stuffy and temperature was hot. Couldn’t adjust the room temperature! I called the front desk for
assistance. They send technician to check on the Aircon but again he didn’t rectify the issue. Instead he told me to open the window to get cold air. I do not agree as I have no privacy and it will be quite noisy as the hotel is close to the highway. I requested change of room instead. I have never encounter such unpleasant stay in Langham Place. I used to stay in your hotel in Hong Kong and other part of the world. Zhejiang Langham need to improve on their service.

週末出差，去住了朗廷旗下的寧波朗豪酒店。 環境與停車：這家朗豪酒店位於東部新城，地理位置還算挺靠近市中心的。停車的話就直接經過酒店大堂左拐，進入地庫停到酒店停車區，就能享受住店免費停車了，停車位還蠻多的。 服務與硬件：check in的前台小哥Yves態度很好，一問一答很流暢，而且明顯能感覺業務也挺熟練。入住完行李比較多，是前台Carry主動叫來了禮賓的小哥哥幫忙和他一起幫我的行李送到了房間裏，感謝貼心的服務，Carry還送了一份較好的水果，額外要的小童拖鞋牙刷也很快送來了，真效率！房間安排的風景也很好，能看見寧波第一高樓，晚上拍照巨佳～下次來寧波還會首選朗豪酒店

週末，我選擇再次下榻朗豪大酒店放鬆一下。 隨着夏季暑期的到來，能明顯感覺酒店的客人多了起來，但是這家酒店的服務，依舊非常貼心，特別是前台Carry入住時候很耐心熱情，還分享了周邊比較好吃的寧波本地菜，還送了水果，點贊。 停車：之前就提到過，入住他家是可以進行免費停車的，衹要出去時候去禮賓部報車牌核銷一下。地下停車場入口就位於酒店大堂門口不遠處，非常好找。停車，入住，核銷停車費，出地庫，整體流程很舒暢，方便。 服務方面：入住幾次了已經，個人感覺，無論是check in還是入住期間的一些需求，該店的工作人員都能很客氣的幫顧客解決。總的來説還是讓我比較滿意的。

第一次入住朗豪酒店，前台rose小姐姐辦的入住，十分熱情，主動詢問是否需要房間用品，旁邊的小夥子yves主動幫忙送行李，還介紹餐廳、健身房、spa等等，十分愉悦的入住體驗！

酒店乾淨明亮，前台服務很好，入住是由一位叫Austin的小哥辦的，那會有個團還啥的，等了好一會，輪到我時很禮貌的跟我説不好意思，讓我久等，瞬間煩躁的心消了，房間還幫我免費升級，酒店指引的也很到位，時間位置啥的都很清楚，房間帶浴缸的，這次入住體驗很好，下次再來寧波的話還來朗豪
