I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Shanghai, and I must say, the experience left a lasting impression. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the reception staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel right at home. The hotel itself was immaculately clean, with spacious rooms that provided ample comfort during my stay. However, one minor setback was the ventilation system. Due to the unpredictable weather in Shanghai, only heaters were provided in the rooms, leaving the air a bit stuffy at times. While opening the small window helped to circulate some air, it would have been better if the hotel had a more comprehensive plan in place to ensure proper ventilation. Despite this small inconvenience, the exceptional hospitality extended by the staff overshadowed any shortcomings. Their friendly demeanor and attentiveness to my needs truly made my stay memorable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations, with the hope that they address the ventilation issue for an even more enjoyable experience in the future.

Very good place, nice and clean, very friendly and let me check out 1 hour later. We did forget to pack toothbrushes and thought it was okay the hotel will provide but I guess they just forgot to put disposable toothbrushes in the room. Staff didn’t really speak English but they tried their best and always very helpful. Overall it’s a good place to stay at with no noise or any sort of disturbance.

Modern hotel facility and right on top of Line 1 subway. No much in the surrounding area and lots construction work in the area. So it can be noisy.

The worst hotel I've evert visit. Room was so dirty that I didn't want to step even once.

We chose a parent-child room for our May Day trip. The hotel is relatively new, the room is large, the bed is very comfortable, and the whole room is controlled by Xiaodu smart voice control, which gives us a good sense of technology. The hotel is very conveniently located, within walking distance of Huanghe Road, Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, the Natural History Museum, and the Sihang Warehouse. There is also a subway station downstairs, which is very convenient for traveling with children.

The hotel is nice and located in the city center, right next to Xinzha Road subway station. It is convenient to go to the Bund, Natural History Museum, etc. I will stay here next time I come to Shanghai.

The hotel is located opposite the Sihang Warehouse. Turn right and you will reach Metro Line 1. It is very convenient for travel. The receptionist was also very enthusiastic. He upgraded the room type near Suzhou River and gave us 2 cups of Starbucks and breakfast. He also gave us children's toiletries when he saw that we had little friends. The Xiaodu in the room is also the favorite of the children. They are all intelligent. The children are very satisfied. I have recommended it to friends who are traveling on May 1st.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the subway station Line 1, making travel very convenient. The room is clean and hygienic, and the Suhe Sihang Warehouse is very close to the window. I was very satisfied with this stay.

This room is very close to everything, and opposite is the Sihang Warehouse Museum. It is very convenient to go anywhere. It is very close to the stalls. You can walk 2 kilometers. The facilities in the whole room are very good, clean and sanitary. I will come again next time.
