Cityinn Hotel Plus Ximending Branch Reviews

Nice and compact room. Ximen MRT is just minutes away. They have daily snacks and late night instant noodles with free coffee and tea. Quite a nice hotel despite the price difference on Trip.com and their own website. Better to compare the price before booking.

The location is good, near to the mrt station, easy to go airport and also a walking distance to Ximending which had lots of food and able to shop =) Don't provide breakfast but provide cup noodle for supper

Very near to ximending night market. All foods and shopping

Near to exits 3 and 4 of ximending metro (cross one road to reach either exits. Check-in was a breeze, room was very clean and toiletries all provided + replenished daily. Snacks and bottled water also replenished daily. Cup noodles and biscuits available at reception area at night. B1 has a large common area with tables and chairs, and also 3 washer + 3 dryer. Laundry bag for bra and clothes detergent also provided foc. There’s oven, microwave, coffee machine and drinks dispenser machine available too! WiFi was super slow for my room on 2nd floor, hotel resolved this by loaning a router. There’s only 1 lift so may take some time to wait for lift. Overall location considered convenient since there’s convenience store across the road and also food stalls downstairs.

Service staffs were friendly and welcoming. Superb location. Just a junction away from the all famous ximending. Been to taipei many times and this is one of my fav. Hotel so far. Hotel is slightly away from the overcrowded exit 6 of the metro which is definitely our preference. Right at the doorstep, there is a big convenience store as well. Snacks and instant noodles provided free every night if you are hungry and Taiwan instant noodles are the best. Hotel helped booked a airport transfer when we checked out. It was cheaper than Uber. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

Quick check in after verifying my details. Staff is really attentive as they would stand up to greet every single guest who enter the building. After my check in, they were still standing until the lift door was closed. Room was small but cosy. Bathroom has a bathtub which fit just nice for 1 average built adult. Shower head water power is strong enough for me to have a quick shower and rinse off the shampoo and body soap very quickly. Water temperature not an issue. The bathroom also has amenities such as disposable toothbrush/toothpaste and also toothpick. Check out was also pretty fast, completed in less than a minute. Probably one of the handful of hotels in Taipei I would return back for my next visit.

good location, near xeimen and down street is MTR

nice family room with 2 double beds and comes with a bath tub. total 4 pillows per bed. bed and pillows are good - not too hard or soft. sufficient power points. room is clean. 4 bottles of water replenish everyday. also provides a safe and mini fridge and hair dryer. near ximending with a lot of food options. a short walking distance to mtr. many convenience shops around the hotels. able to do laundry and dry the clothes with no additional charges. free cup noodles from 10pm to midnight. free coffee, snacks, water, milk tea at b1. staff are courteous. room is not so soundproof. able to hear people talking in the room at lift lobby. lift lobby can hold up to 6 to 7 people max. might need to wait a while during peak hours. overall the staying experience in this hotel is good.

Great hospitality with friendly staff. Is my second visit after so many years. The hotel located just few steps away from MRT Ximen station. If you have bulky luggage, then can exit no 4 with lift else just exit from no 3, the hotel is just opposite. Staff very attentive to help and explain the facility. After 10pm, serve free cup noodles, free flow coffee, snack and also laundry is FOC 24hrs. Room will be just nice( abit small for us as we got 2 adults and 1kid), overall satisfied and happy to stay.
