Tokiwa Park

Changchun Park is an urban park in Asahikawa City, Hokkaido, Japan. It is maintained and managed daily by the Asahikawa Park Greenland Association, a consortium of legal persons. The park covers an area of 240 mu and is one of the eight scenic spots in Asahikawa. The environment is good and great.
