Holocaust Memorial

There is a huge black gold stick standing by the river (should be described as this), and it really feels very abrupt to not know the history. After inquiring, I learned that this is a monument to the Holocaust. There is a semi-sink memorial on the edge of the monument. A red line looks very dazzling between the gray wall tiles, like a huge wound. I took a closer look at the handwriting on it. Remember that sad history. Is the wreath on the ground not a good proof of this?
