As said by others nice to sit on a bench and watch the world go by.However the "gardeners" that have butchered the hedges need to go back and learn how to trim privets!
We came across this pretty little park/green on our walk to St Martin's church. It was a ovely spot to sit on a sunny day and interesting to read about King Ethelbert and his bride Queen Bertha.

Lovely area
A lovely area of Canterbury, to just sit and watch the world go by, or just stroll around, well worth a visit, if your in the area.
Pretty flowers in summer
This was a small area of greenery with pretty flowers in summer to brighten the space. Good view of St Augustines and the city wall from here.
