They put on evening concerts out by the lake. Chandler has built a hugh, very impressive lit display of the American Flag that is a must see at night.
Free, calm, lovely place
Beautiful free park, terrific place to walk around lake, read about vets and their families, enjoy trails, kids can play in sand. Watch out for cacti just off the trails (one walker told us about he...
Great place for walking
This place is awesome. Great walking trails and wildlife. Went here while on vacation with my wife and visiting our son.
Relaxing Park
My family visited this park on a sunny Monday afternoon. We had a very quiet, relaxing stroll around the man-made lake with our dog. Lots of people fishing (but I didn't see anyone with a caught fish)...
Nice nature walk
This park has lots of walking paths, shelters, playgrounds and a nature center. We saw lots of birds (roadrunner, hawks, herons, ducks, etc) and a few hares and rabbits.
