Yuxiang Cotton Mill

I went here many years ago when I was on a European visa, and there were not many high-rise buildings around, and they were relatively open. When I went to the Fisherman's Wharf recently, I saw this house again, but it was under maintenance and was not open to the outside world. The 106-year-old house is the earliest witness to the development of industry in Changsha, it is worth preserving and worth protecting.

Under the Yinpenling Bridge in Hexi, there is a Yuxiang yarn factory that once flourished and destroyed in the Wenxi fire. Many workers and staff burned to death. The scale of the previous one is only half a gate. An office building and a factory building are retained. So the problem has come for so many years. Residents living on the other side often see office. The building is lit with lights and footsteps. There are often strange sounds in the factory. I am fortunate to have a seal with my classmates when it is the original appearance. It is a pity that in the past five or six years, Yuxiang has been repaired and has become a humanistic landscape. I know that there are not many people there. Although I can't see the original terrible appearance, the scenery is really great and it is worth feeling.

Yuxiang yarn factory in the southwest corner of the intersection of Yuelu Avenue and Xiaoxiang North Road, Yuxiang yarn factory was built on the former site of Hunan's first yarn factory after liberation. The scenery is good, and it is breathable and feels comfortable.
