Curio Bay Cliffs

Curio Bay is a sloppy node on the South Island Scenic Highway in New Zealand. The highlights here are rich and varied. The preferred point should be the wood fossil forest. It used to be a forest. Later, the glacier's scour broke the forest and the glacier melted. The fossils of the entire forest formed in the rock formation are very unique. It is said that it should be unique to New Zealand. At the same time, there are also a variety of road sea lions, dolphins, and penguins. You can see the sea lions preying on the Xixie penguin on the shore. And the albatrosses are flying in the sky. It's a very nice resort.

The southeast corner of the South Island faces the vast South Pacific Ocean. The bay area is relatively large, and the big waves keep beating the reefs on the shore, which is very impressive. It is close to the Antarctic continent and there are penguin landing places on the seaside.

After seeing two seals on waipapa beach, continue on to the next beach curio bay, where penguins are said to be infested. There are two roads to reach, one is closer to otara haldane rd, one is a simple road, one is a highway, we still chose a far highway, from the north bank to the south bank, all the way up and down the hill, a large area of pasture began to appear.
