Mehrauli Archaeological Park Jamali Kamali

Mehrauli Archaeological Park is an archaeological park with dozens of tombs and many historical buildings. The tomb of the Sufi poet jamali is here. The nearby rajon ki baoli is a 16th century step well (see my upload picture) which is one of the best reservoirs in the world. It is almost overlooked by tourists and not often seen by even locals, but with unusual sights, it is worth a visit.

The Mehrawyer Archaeological Park offers visitors a chance to be transported to the past. Some say haunted at night, mainly composed of funeral buildings such as mausoleums and memorial mosques, which are well protected and can be visited by chartered car in New Delhi.

The Mehrauli Archaeological Park is a 200-acre archaeological site home to more than 100 magnificent monuments, and tombs from the 10th century to the British era. Some prominent monuments here are tombs of Balban and Quli Khan, Jamali Kamali mosque, and Rajon ki Baoli among others.

It's a wonderful place. There are so many treasures here, it's amazing. Baalban Tomb, Jamali Kamali Quli Khan Tomb, Rajoh Ki Baoli and so on have done a great job of maintaining the art and cultural heritage, and they still need to do the same for the latter part because locals will go in here to mess with it. There is an amazing history and the overall environment is fantastic.
