In the titel, I'm asking how to judge a statue. The statue is placed on a cute square, it fits very well in the square. It's a cozy square, and a well formed statue.
Frankly speaking, it is hard to understand the meaning of this sight, but it definitely decorates the market area, even if it was originally a pole of shame and the citizens didn 't like it.
