The most romantic statue on the cemetery is the statue on Mazzone’s tomb. The portrait depicts two Mazzone brothers and sisters dancing together. Mario died while serving as a pilot during World War I, and his sister Maria died before the wedding. Their mother wanted to represent them in the afterlife, with Mario in uniform and Maria in a wedding dress. The two danced in another world.
