Guangzhou Development Center is located on the banks of the Pearl River southwest of Zhujiang New Town, Guangzhou, located in the area known as "Linjiang", which faces the Pearl River, Haixinsha, Ersha Island, many parks, Guangzhou Grand Theatre and so on. The building is a three-part vertical structure, natural stone-layed facade beam and column, plus vertical sunshade device, so that the facade structure of the building has a unique style completely different from the surrounding high-rise buildings, is the world's first high-rise building external installation sunshade sheet. The traffic is not too convenient. The nearest subway station is Zhujiang New Town Station or Wuyang New Town Station. The two stations have to walk for a good distance. The bus has 811, 183 and 44. There are not many choices.
