We spent the morning at midmar for the triseries triathlon. The dam is scenic and beautiful. It costs R40 per person to enter the nature reserve. Not sure what they do with entrance fees as the place ...
Beautiful dam
Midmar is still a beautiful dam and a great place for a day outing. Generally other day visitors are friendly and all enjoying a day out. The ablutions are very run down. No toilet paper or soap.
