You can enjoy relaxing nice view from 213 meter high mountain which is the highest in Iki. there is also a ruin of smoke signal spot.

There is an observatory called Dakenotsuji, and there is a radio tower and a shrine. If you park in the parking lot below, you will have to walk a little. It was cloudy, so I personally feel that it is not much different from Ototake Shrine.

When the weather is nice, you can see Gonoura Port. It is recommended to go both because you can see the scenery from both the observatory of the parking lot and the observatory of the mountaintop on a short walk.

It is a short drive from the city of Gonoura. There is an observation space in the parking lot, but please do not make a mistake as the real observatory walks a little from there. The weather was nice, so I could see both the main island of Kyushu and Tsushima from the observatory.
