Takenaka Carpentry Tools Museum

It is a very rare museum, one of Japan’s leading architecture companies that looks back on its history and focuses on Japanese carpenters and their tools. In addition to the various woodworking tools used in traditional Japanese wood structures, they are displayed in an easy-to-understand manner from various angles such as building materials and architectural styles. The museum building itself creates a stately atmosphere and is fun, and if you’re a little interested in wooden architecture, you’ll be crazy about it.

The Dagong Museum of Bamboo is a small museum. Many of the exhibits here are the tools of ancient Japanese ancestors, and many of them are works of art that have not been excavated long ago.

Handicraft carpenter tools are displayed, ranging from stone axes in the Japanese rope age to modern Western ironware. Tickets are also cheap with English profiles.
