A wheel monument built for play in July 1991 to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the opening of Kushiro Station. Kushiro Station started with the station set up by the Hokkaido Government Railway near the current Koen Park in July 1901, and moved to its current location in December 1917. There is no plate, but it is valuable with the D51 467's ３ wheel.
