When I first came to Cairns, I thought there was only the Great Barrier Reef and the rainforest. I slowly found that there were many free and amazing scenery here. Tinaroo Lake was one of them. It took about1.5 hours to drive to Tinaroo from Cairns, which was close to the vast and sparsely populated Tuao. You can swim, fish...of course there are some people living nearby who have their own yacht to play. Most importantly, it is perfect for picnics. Tickets: free.

We waded through mountains and waters for the beauty of the scenery, and we strive for excellence for the food.
