Perfect for trekking
Mt. Hongu is said to be the highest mountain in Mikawa, and it is the best mountain for introducing trekking and mountain climbing. From 21-chome, there are steep places where you can climb using rocks and roots of trees, so I think mountaineering shoes are good. At the top of the mountain is Toka Shrine Okumiya, and some people can climb for the purpose of visiting.

I climbed Mt. Hongu at an altitude of 789 meters. The altitude is low, but if you park your car at the walking center at an altitude of 90 meters and go up, you will go up 700 meters. It's a pretty good mountain.
