At the time of visiting the museum, the special exhibition "Nikkoyama and Koyama" was held, but it was a free opening day. No shooting in the exhibition room. Near the entrance of the permanent exhibition room, there is a restoration of the fossil of the nauman elephant, the pit type residence of the tumulus tumulus stone chamber, and after that, earthenware, agricultural tools, and educational materials are exhibited as well as the general history museum. There aren't many exhibits, but it's a good facility for neighboring children to learn about local history.

Ancient exhibits include Shimono Yakushiji Temple, Biwazuka Kofun, and Marishitezuka Kofun. However, this is a cultural property of the neighboring Shimono City, but it is certain that it is quite substantial. On the other hand, there are only a few exhibitions in the Edo period, such as Ma 々 Tajuku and Otome River Bank. It seems that it was included in the Furukawa clan during the Edo period, so it may be unavoidable.
