Wintergarden Road

The flowers are very beautiful, colorful, like a big garden, beautiful. It's spring now. The plants are very green, the grass is very green, the flowers are blooming, there is a pool in the middle, there is a statue, the wonderful picture is very vivid.

This is a botanical garden consisting of two glass greenhouses. After entering, you can see many blooming flowers. On the other side, it is a simulated tropical rain forest. There are all tropical plants in it. Because of keeping the temperature in summer, the room temperature inside is very high, and it is sweating heavily all at once.

Free to the public, there are two greenhouses, many local residents, near the Central Lawn and the National Museum. The two greenhouses are right. There is a fountain in the middle. There are several sculptures around it. It's good to go in winter. There are many bright flowers in it.

We were here during summer in December. All the flowers were in full bloom and the glass house looks great. Entrance is free so if you're ever at Auckland Domain, don't forget to drop by.As the glasshouse is rather small, we would recommend not making this your sole attraction to visit but rather tie it up with a visit to Auckland War Memorial or during your walk around Auckland Domain.
