Britannia Shipyards National Historic Site, along with the site of the cannery not far away, it was a lush community. People build boats, fish and live here. On February 2, 2020, many docks have interpreters and activities such as scavenger hunt. The exhibition focuses on the residence of Chinese laborers, and visitors can play mahjong on the spot.
Britannia Shipyards, Canada's national historical monument, the oldest shipyard community in BC Province. It was once densely populated with shipyards, canned factories, houses and shops. In one hanged building, Chinese and Japanese immigrants gathered respectively.
