Capilano Suspension BridgeLocated in North Vancouver, the 137-meter-long suspension bridge is suspended 70 meters in the air. It is one of the highest pedestrian suspension bridges in the world. More than 100 years ago, it was built by local aborigines using hemp ropes and thick wooden planks. Under the bridge is the fast-flowing Capilano River. When the wind blows through the valley, the suspension bridge sways and makes a sound that sounds like a person's laughter, so it is also called the "Laughing Bridge."

1. Natural scenery
The suspension bridge spans the Capilano River and a large area of dense forest. Walking on the suspension bridge, you can not only enjoy the beautiful scenery of the forest, but also have a panoramic view of the snow-capped mountains in the distance and the nearby river valley. You are completely surrounded by nature. If you are lucky, you can also see the gorgeous rainbow caused by the river water vapor.
2. Adventure Experience
Cliff Walk: A glass walkway is built between vertical cliffs. There is a deep abyss under your feet, and looking out at the distant scenery from above becomes a thrilling experience.
Treetop Adventure: A road is connected by iron ropes and wooden planks halfway up a giant tree, dozens of meters above the ground. You can feel the breath of nature in the forest.
3. History and Culture
Near the suspension bridge stands a totem pole representing the culture of Canada's "First Nations" Aboriginal Indians, which is worth stopping to take a look. In the carved wooden house near the store, you can also see Indian carvers demonstrating their carving skills.

Walking into Capilano Suspension Bridge Park, I was instantly enveloped by towering ancient trees and refreshing air. My palms were slightly sweaty as I wobbled across the high suspension bridge, but the view of the stream below and the snow-capped mountains in the distance was truly soothing! The treetop walkway was particularly fun, like strolling through the forest mid-air. The staff were very welcoming and even helped me take commemorative photos. However, during peak season, the bridge is often overcrowded with tourists, making it slow and congested, like a traffic jam. The maple cookies in the souvenir shop were surprisingly delicious, and I took a few boxes home. It's perfect for those who enjoy nature, but it might be a bit challenging if you're afraid of heights.
At first, I thought it was just an ordinary suspension bridge. It didn't seem to be anything special. The ticket price was expensive, and the cost performance was not good. Later, I saw a 50% discount on Viator. I planned to board the cruise in the afternoon, so I went anyway. When I arrived at the gate, I found that there were many tourists. As expected, I had to queue up to get on the suspension bridge. Fortunately, I only queued for about 15 minutes. I thought it would be better to go earlier if there were fewer people. This attraction is still very fun to take children. Although we have been to the Wangtianshu Scenic Area in China before, the treetop adventure section is similar, but here there is a task list for children at the entrance, and they can exchange small gifts for completing it. There are many introductions about animals and plants. You can listen to the explanation according to the schedule, and you will also have the opportunity to touch the animals. It is suitable for children to explore and discover by themselves. The Hawk who likes to bask in the sun is very cute.
Vancouver is beautiful, the climate is very pleasant, I like this city very much. Modern buildings and natural scenery blend together, it is very suitable for walking and checking in. It is said that this suspension bridge is world famous, but the ticket is a bit expensive, and when I went there it was the rainy season in Vancouver, and there was a lot of rain. The scenery is still good, but there are few small animals, and some are hibernating.
It's worth going, the lighting is beautiful. There is also a free shuttle bus. The air is fresh and pleasant!
It is said to be the longest suspension bridge in the world. Except that the ticket is a bit expensive, I like everything else. It is mainly divided into three attractions, the longest suspension bridge, the mid-air trail built on the trees, and the walking trail built on the cliff. Each place has its own highlights. After walking around, there is also an Internet-famous hot dog shop. It is really the longest hot dog I have ever eaten. It feels so cool.
1. Tourist attractions. During the trip to Canada, this attraction has the highest population density, and everyone has to line up slowly to get on the suspension bridge. 2. If you get on the suspension bridge, you will often encounter temporary stops. That's because some tourists want to stop and take pictures, or very kindly, they stop for others to take pictures. My personal suggestion is that there are more tourists when you go, and you may take pictures on the way back, when there are fewer people, and the difficulty of taking pictures will be lower. 3. There is also a small suspension bridge inside. Unlike the suspension bridge in the garden, there are mountains and waters under it. There are trees under it, and there are fewer people and more wildness. 4. The temperate rainforest is lush with trees and high in oxygen. Walking in it, there are layers of green, high and low mountains, and a feeling of a small forest adventure.
