Nice park area around the site. Tomb is small so probably only need a few minutes to look around. I’d suggest only visiting if you’re passing, or if you have a longer stay in Samarkand.
It's a pretty mausoleum in a pretty area. History does not really support the claim that Daniel was buried here, but I suppose there's no harm in making believe.
If you have time, you can access the grave. There is a source at the bottom of the hill that the locals attribute to it curative properties. The grave itself is not too spectacular. The most curiosity ...

Small tomb

There are two pleasant buildings one next to the other: Saint Daniel's tomb and a font of spring drinking water.
