Having left the Palace itself you can make your way across to the far left corner of the front courtyard in order to access the gardens. These can be seen from above, through the windows of the Palace...
The formal renaissance gardens of the monastery-castle El Escorial. Admission is free, and during our visit they were almost empty and there were no other people.
A garden surrounding the monastery by the east and south facade, which allows you to appreciate the wonderful architecture of the building and the Augsburg Palace adhering to the head of the basilika.

Very careful. Location in the outdoor, large and bright. Beautiful and suitable on one side of the Monastery.
