The gate in toshijin Jo castle
Original Text
A temple on the old highway in Heifuku, a post town. It is located next to Kotohira Shrine. It is said that the gate of this temple was located at Toshijin Castle.
A temple of the Jodo Shinshu Honganji school. It is said that the mountain gate has been relocated from the castle gate of Toshijin Castle. I miss the appearance of the main shrine standing in the wide precincts where weeds are thick.
Only half the gate was open. It wasn't well maintained and the grass was all-you-can-eat. Only the name of the main hall was magnificent and shining, but there was nothing to see. It is located just across the action river from the station, and if you are a car, it is just from the road station.
It was said that it was about 5 minutes walk from Heifuku Station, crossing Kyobashi and turning to your right. If you are interested in visiting temples, I wondered if you could go.
It is a temple located along the old highway, just near the site of the main camp. The mountain gate was under construction, and I went around from the side to worship. The square in front of the main hall seemed to be unlimited with grass growing and maintenance was not catching up.
