Free. Located 50m ahead of south shileds ferry . The whole building is a landmark of south Tyneside. The inside is actually a library. 2016.10.22 is open to the public. There are 70,000 books in the early opening period. The collection is divided into categories, and adults and children have books to read. There is also a viewing telescope on the third floor, free of charge.
