Beautiful hike - about an hour on varied terrain
This was a perfect hike for two seniors in better than average shape, but not wanting anything too arduous.

Easy hike, suitable for families
Flat to rolling terrain with low traffic. Generally suitable for sneaker hiking, although trails may be muddy in late spring or after a rainfall, so consider water resistant boots if you have them. ...
Snow Shoeing
Nice quick snow shoe (not necessary as trail is packed) for a short (+/- 2 mile) hike. Convienient to Stowe and ample parking.
Nice hike
This is a beautiful 2 miles hike through the woods. It’s dog friendly, peaceful and scenic. There were not many other hikers when we went. It’s a shaded path, which offers some protection.
