Do you know the "former Ministry of Information and Communications Savings Bureau"? The location of the Savings Bureau is Gaien Higashi-dori, which turns left at the Iikura intersection. While the Russian Embassy and the Iikura Communications Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are located in the vicinity, the powerful and profound building is the former Ministry of Communications and Trusteeship Savings Bureau Government Building built in 1930. I think it will still be available, but it is a pity that the Roppongi area is also undergoing redevelopment, but it will be demolished.
It was a bigger and better building than I thought.

After a leisurely tour of the large "Zojoji", I went north via "Shiba Shinmei Shopping Street" and visited "Tokyo Tower", and went to "Azabu Post Office" through an area where the embassy is crowded. I heard it's a retro building, but it's bigger than I had imagined (with width) ☆ Showa retro with a little nostalgic color ♪ The pillars in front were also nice. However, it is quite courageous to shoot around here.
If you walk from Roppongi toward Tokyo Tower, you will find it on your left. It is currently used as the Azabu Post Office, but you can see Tokyo Tower on the other side, which is a wonderful sight.
It is a building built in Showa 5 in Azabudai, Minato-ku, and has a magnificent appearance. Especially the pillars near the entrance are magnificent and spectacular.
Actually, I used to build a postal savings-related system in this building. At that time, I thought it was just an old building, but now I regret that I should have taken a picture of the inside of the building. I think it was impressive that a suspicious car of public security was always parked and facing the embassy in front of me (because it is not open to the public)
