The Chalybeate Spring is the reason for the existance of the town of Tunbridge Wells. Historically important. The water tastes very strongly of Iron so you either like it or loasth it.
What you see in this photo is just about it! A 60 second visit!
Not a lot to see. Central plaque on the wall. Couple of sealed off hatches in recesses behind a low metal fence on the end of a building. Plenty of rust stains on the white brickwork from the heavi...
