Ultimate comfort food @flourandgrape 🍝🍝 with lockdown 2.0 kicking in later this week I think we all need something to look forward to 😅 @flourandgrape will be doing At Home delivery boxes so you can still enjoy their pastas in the comfort of your own home 🤗 the Taglierini with truffle, butter & parmesan is my fav pasta there & it’s available for delivery along with a good selection of pastas plus a few starters & desserts 👌🏼 I loved their homemade tiramisu gelato which had every component of a classic tiramisu but just in gelato form 😋 ⠀

Super impressed by the brunch @heimcafe.lisbon 👌🏼🇵🇹 we had a tough time choosing what to order as the menu sounded amazing but decided on the savoury pancakes & the smoked salmon waffles 😋 make sure you go early if you don’t want to wait as they get very busy on the weekends ☺️ ⁣⁣

@belcanto_joseavillez - @joseavillez is a household name amongst the Portuguese so we had to try one of his restaurants 🙌🏼 a very innovative & generous tasting menu with a few fun elements thrown in 😉 love the shirt sleeve instead of a napkin for dessert 🙃 2 Michelin ⭐️⭐️ (Lisbon) ⁣⁣
@vegannata.pt - very impressed with the vegan natas here 👏🏼 it’s such a good alternative & I would defo get it again (Lisbon)⁣⁣

The udon expert has landed in London @marugameuk 🍜 the restaurant is in an efficient canteen style layout where you can see the chefs cooking the udon in front of you plus they have a self service tempura station 🍤 their prices are really reasonable as well with udon starting from £3.45 👌🏼 I really enjoyed the chicken katsu curry udon, the katsu was really crispy & fresh & the udon worked really well with it 🍛 my friend tried the two pork tonkotsu which she really liked & it’s also a London special so you can’t get it anywhere else in the world 🙌🏼 ⁣

Quality Indian that’s worth the trek @heritageindiandulwich 🙌🏼 I was pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem in Dulwich & it was packed on a Tuesday night which is defo a good sign 😉 dishes we tried included⁣

Dahi Bhalla Chaat - wheat crisps, soft lentil dumplings, sweet yoghurt, tamarind & herb chutney 😍 this was a fav dish👌🏼⁣
Seared Scallops - pan seared scallops seasoned with dried spices⁣
Shatkora Jhinga - king prawns marinated with lemon grass & shatkora, grilled in clay oven 🙂 this was very good but a little on the spicy side for me but my friend loved it 🦐⁣
Murgh Makhani - smoked chicken supreme cooked in creamy fresh tomato & fenugreek sauce 👌🏼 another fav dish for me, the sauce was sooo good paired with some naan 😋⁣
Dal Makhani - black lentils with tomato & fenugreek⁣
Sundried tomato & Truffle Naan - good naan however not sure if I could taste the truffle? ⁣
Poppadom basket - with a selection of chutney, these are great and you should get it to munch on whilst waiting for food 🙃⁣

Honestly a great spot & I would venture down to Dulwich again 😂 it’s actually not that much of a trek for me as I’m already south of the river but I generally don’t like travelling to places without a tube station 😅🙈⁣
