Zhangye’s cultural relics and historical sites are scattered throughout the region. Among them, the nationally protected key cultural relics include the Big Buddha Temple, Heishuiguo, Horseshoe Temple, Wenshu Mountain and Yuantong Tower. Zhangye is also rich in natural landscapes. The magnificent Danxia landform and charming Shandan Horse Farm make visitors’ hearts skip a beat.
