Excellent welcome, very friendly staff. My studio was equipped with a sofa bed. Everything was very clean and very pleasant to live in. The only negative point is that being out of the way, we couldn't easily find a place to eat.

This time we stayed in a four-person room. Although it has a double sofa bed, the room feels very spacious and open. The kitchenette is well-equipped, and there’s a round table where we can enjoy breakfast in the room. Overall, it feels clean and tidy, and the terrace is large enough to sit outside and enjoy the sea breeze. The front desk service is excellent, and the whole family, including the two kids, really enjoyed this hotel.

The reservation on the application for this stay, monitoring and various advice and information were perfect. We have received a great welcome at the reception of this hotel. A very clean room with all the equipment needed for the food and breakfast. The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and is located in the heart of the city centre. We asked for a quiet room, away from the lift.

The hotel is currently renovating the entire facade which was necessary...I was afraid that my studio would be a little dated but it wasn't, it was clean and well maintained... The staff is welcoming, there are washing machines, a pure water fountain and a relaxation area... There is a large car park at 10e per night The area is very quiet and 10 minutes walk away there is old Rennes with lots of shops and restaurants It was a rather good experience

We arrived with a couple of friends at Adagio. When we discovered our apartment, we were delighted to see that it was clean, spacious and modern. Everything has been thought of, billiards, children's games, relaxation area not far from the reception lounge....pleasant staff. The breakfast, very good, there is a choice and it is very good. Small downside we had reserved a 15-minute jacuzzi slot and people were in it but without having reserved because they had not had the information with the receptionist. We were able to do it 30 minutes after our slot, fortunately because 15 minutes is already very short.... Otherwise we had access to the swimming pool and wellness area for 45 minutes

Appart hotel très bien, propre et bien entretenu. L entrée est très discrète parmi les commerces de la zone commerciale, vous arrivez au premier puis dans l chambre et vous avez une vue en pleine campagne....la conception est très originale. Le gérant est très accueillant et très professionnel. La chambre est bien équipée et la literie confortable. La zone commerciale offre plusieurs services..restaurants, cinéma, centre commercial... Une adresse a retenir.

The perfect location to access the beach, the residence's ok architecture, but the view of the parking and a huge mure (world?) dirty between come unfortunately to reduce the ”external” note, ...no everyone has the “swimming pool” view so widely disseminated. Côté intérieur, des communes fatiguées mais fonctionnelles. Un appartement propre, des espaces assez spacieux (expérience d'un deux pièces). Bemol sur la salle de bain : salle de bain ok, mais douche étroite et manque d'étages, de rangements.
