The room and the bed were very spacious and comfortable! The room was also kept clean and I didn't feel uncomfortable, so it was very comfortable to stay there. There were no problems with the bathroom either.

The apartment is on the side of the road and the signboard is very eye-catching. We arrived at work and left early in the morning. The whole process was called by phone. The staff called back very quickly, the attitude was very good, and it went smoothly. It is this room is too small, the kitchen, living room and dining room are on a direct Internet, and it is narrow and long, and it is difficult to walk after the suitcase is opened. The kitchen is less than two square meters, and there is a refrigerator. Basically, it can be used for boiling water. The bathroom is quite large, but it is in the middle of the two rooms. The doors can be opened on both sides. It is inconvenient for two families to live.

The location is very convenient, and the room is tidy and clean. The receptionist is even arranged early check-in for me. Overall, it is a very pleasant stay for my trip to Melbourne. Lastly, allow me to have a small suggestion, the light in the room is a bit dim, pls make it brighter if possible ✨️ ☺️

The facilities are new! The location is convenient as there are multiple trams in front of the hotel. However, it is not really right in the city centre. Moreover, the rooms in the apartment including the living room are on the smaller side. Last, the kitchen is not super well stocked. There weren’t many bowls nor mugs. However; when we asked for it, it was promptly brought to us. Overall, it is decent for a stay and the value for money is good.

The room is very good, big and comfortable. The two bedrooms and one living room can actually accommodate 5-6 people. There is no charge for the parking garage. There are few places to eat around, but the size is large and more cost-effective. The port of Fairy is quiet and the beachwalk is good.

Great location, and about 5 mins walking distance to Melbourne Central. Good amenities around, eg convenient stores, eatery and small pockets of shopping. The only fall back is that there is no shower screen and water splashes outside, making it wet and prone to harzard. Also the overhead shower is really very inconvenient, and hard to shower. No floor mat as well. Other than this, all looks good.

Only one blanket available. Bed is too soft for my roommate as she has back issues but fine for me. Bed too small. No slippers. Door has no ledge from inside. Besides the rain shower, it will be good to have a shower head that we can hold. Apart from the above, all was good. It had been a great stay. I would recommend my friends to stay here. Love the dishwasher, washing machine.

GGloryne VincyI recently stayed here for business trip, and I can’t say enough good things! The location is absolutely great for business. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

GGuest UserThe 1 bedroom hotel room was a great size. The kitchen had everything. The bathroom was good with all the necessary products. The king mattress was very comfortable. Thought it was odd no one made the bed each day and that we didn’t get a towel service each day. Good location, 10-15min from most things. Would recommend.

CCharlotte ChongThe hotel is located in the heart of Melbourne and just opposite of a tram stop. It's very convenient to hop on to the free tram and explore the city, love the convenience! There are many eateries nearby that open until late and McDonald's is just around the corner, great for travellers who fly in late. Hotel room is clean and it is equipped with a full set of kitchenware. The hotel receptionists are very friendly and they help us to keep our baggage while we explore around town.

GGuest UserNot recommended for those who value their personal data security and privacy. Not recommended for internati9nal travellers who may not have enough charge on their phones to complete 3 forms, then download and set up an app that requires constant internet and Bluetooth connections. Booking required multiple insecure methods of sharing credit card details and identification documents along with 2 forms to fill out with personal details and an app to download in order to gain access to the Building entrance, Elevator, and Apartment. None of this information was given to me prior to booking. I would not have stayed here if I had known the extent of insecure transmission of personal information and amount of admin and work required just to check in and stay one night. I work in this space and know the risks. Management is putting guests personal data at risks with the excessive documentation requests. FYI, requiring someone to send credit card PICTURES and ID pictures over email is completely insecure. This is bizarrely at odds with the excessive security to get into the building. The constant need to carry your phone everywhere or you'd be locked of the apartment or even the whole building was extremely stressful. In terms of the actual room, once I got in, the bed, kitchen, lounge and floors were clean but the toilet had not been cleaned in a long time. This was not nice. You could see parts under the rim had not been cleaned in years. Toilet had also been recently used and not flushed properly upon arrival. I did not take photos of any of this, it was too gross. I ended up buying paper cups as the glasses/cups as those supplied were not clean, tried to take a picture but it's hard to see. They were covered in fingerprints and fibres of some kind. The view was nice and loungeroom was great, study nook was extremely handy for remote work. Balcony tiles are moving and could be a tripping hazard. Laundry was well equipped but did not have time to use it.

YYANGJUANThe location is very good, it is very convenient to go out for dinner and shopping. You can see the seaside at a glance. The front desk helps to book a taxi for tomorrow. Very enthusiastic. The bad thing is that there is no 24-hour service. For example, at this moment, the room has noise from the refrigerator. I don't know how to solve it. It is very troublesome~ Figure 2 and Figure 3 are a nearby Japanese restaurant~

AACA place for rejuvenate and value for money. Location: we did not rent a car, but can go there from CBD by train (30 mins) and bus (10 mins). If you catch the 496 bus from Laventon, it takes a 8 mins walk to the hotel off the bus stop, If you take 497 from Williamslanding, it takes 18 minutes, but you can shop at the centre (Coles, Aldi, K-Mart and Chinese supermarket), eat at different restaurants, and have manicure or massage. Facilities: the unit is well equipped with cooking utensils, we cooked our breakfast. There is no buffet breakfast but a la carte menu at the country club. The country club has gym and swimming pool too. Nearby attraction: we went to Werribee zoom, Weribee Park, Werribee Mansion, Joseph's resturant. The zoo has a safari bus which is a great attraction. Staff: the staff is helpful. We requested a lake view room one day before. They helped us by calling the cleaner as our check in day is a public holiday. Much appreciated.

MMonique.CThis apartment is right on the edge of Melbourne’s free tram zone, just a few blocks from Flinders Street Station—an ideal base for anyone familiar with the city’s tram network. Getting around is straightforward if you know how to make the most of the free transport system. The apartment itself is well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. A functional kitchen includes a stove, an ample supply of cutlery and plates, and a smart TV with built-in access to Netflix—perfect for winding down after a day out. The heater did emit a high-pitched noise when first switched on, but it settled once the temperature stabilized, allowing for a restful night. The only down side is the reception is not 24hrs.

GGuest UserIf you’re looking for a stylish, central place to stay in Melbourne, Quay West Suites delivers in all the important areas. 📍 Prime Location Quay West’s address on Flinders Lane puts you right in the heart of everything. A few steps takes you to the iconic Yarra River, Federation Square, and Melbourne’s best shopping and café districts. Whether you’re in town for business, arts, or dining, having public transport, laneways, and nightlife within easy walking distance is a huge convenience. ✨ Impeccable Cleanliness From the moment you enter the foyer, the high standard of cleanliness across public areas and suites is clear. Plush carpets, sparkling bathrooms, and neatly made beds—everything felt fresh and immaculate throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a flawless job refreshing the room each day without ever interrupting my schedule. 👨💼 Friendly, Attentive Service Customer service here is both professional and warm. Front desk staff greeted me by name and were quick to offer directions, recommend hidden-gem eateries, and help with luggage. Room service was punctual, meals were presented beautifully, and every staff interaction made me feel genuinely welcome—not just another guest. 🧭 Thoughtful Facilities It’s the little things at Quay West that stand out: • A well-equipped kitchenette in each suite––perfect for a relaxing breakfast or a quick late-night snack. • In-room laundry facilities saved me from hunting down laundromats mid-trip. • The comfortable lounge and communal spaces offer a quiet place to work or unwind. • Gym and heated indoor pool, both kept spotless and perfect for a post-city exploration cooldown.

CChi LeungThe apartment complex is very nice. The apartment was very nice, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big living room, comfy beds. Everything was clean except the floor was dusty (we didn't notice until the bottom of our slippers gathered big lumps of dust very quickly). We had stayed at a different apartment in this complex before and dust wasn't a problem at all. But, like in the other apartment, cooking utensils may not be sufficient for family meals cooking, and clothes drying time was long due to combined washer-dryer and the drying programs' self-defined drying time could not be manually overridden.
