I was fined for droping my luggages at the reception it took me only 5 minutes parking in front of the hotel to drop 4 luggages at hotel reception. It make a very bad first impression for the hotel. The fine was $150.
Room was very big and clean. I was very impressive.

The apartment is on the side of the road and the signboard is very eye-catching. We arrived at work and left early in the morning. The whole process was called by phone. The staff called back very quickly, the attitude was very good, and it went smoothly. It is this room is too small, the kitchen, living room and dining room are on a direct Internet, and it is narrow and long, and it is difficult to walk after the suitcase is opened. The kitchen is less than two square meters, and there is a refrigerator. Basically, it can be used for boiling water. The bathroom is quite large, but it is in the middle of the two rooms. The doors can be opened on both sides. It is inconvenient for two families to live.

The location is very convenient, and the room is tidy and clean. The receptionist is even arranged early check-in for me. Overall, it is a very pleasant stay for my trip to Melbourne. Lastly, allow me to have a small suggestion, the light in the room is a bit dim, pls make it brighter if possible ✨️ ☺️

Book this accommodation after traveling out of Melbourne for 4 days. Last stop before flying back. Location is very central to many places. Room has most amenities for light cooking and washer&dryer. Room is clean and near by 24 hour store less than a min walk away. Walk to Patricia on coffee. It was great !
The room is very good, big and comfortable. The two bedrooms and one living room can actually accommodate 5-6 people. There is no charge for the parking garage. There are few places to eat around, but the size is large and more cost-effective. The port of Fairy is quiet and the beachwalk is good.

I stayed on the 43rd floor this time. The night view was stunning. It had a living room, kitchen, and bedroom, and the bed was wonderful. It was an apartment hotel, but there was no breakfast. The only downside was the lack of a bathtub. I'd definitely stay again. Great value!

The windows weren’t clean, which affected the overall impression of the apartment. The bed was relatively narrow for two people, making it a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, during our three-day stay, the apartment wasn’t cleaned even once, which was disappointing.
On the positive side, the location was convenient, and the apartment had a washing machine, which was very useful for doing laundry.
Overall, while there were some practical advantages, the lack of cleanliness and comfort left room for improvement.
The check in process was a little clunky but we got there in the end, nice apartment we enjoyed it

GGuest UserThis hotel has really let it self down. Last time I stayed. It was wonderful but this time I felt like the reception staff. All the staff was so rude not even friendly. He didn’t smile. What would helpful. I felt like I was in the way the apartments are rundown bit dirty. This overall didn’t like it at all probably won’t go back.
GGloryne VincyI recently stayed here for business trip, and I can’t say enough good things! The location is absolutely great for business. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

GGuest UserVery easy check in. Instructions by reception were spot on.
The one bedroom apartment was huge. Plenty of room with an equally huge balcony.
The place was clean, apart from one of the towels that had some type of hard black stain that stick do towels to it’s self. Not ideal, but this would be an issue with the laundry company that Quest use.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend.
YYew Siong TanMy family and I enjoyed our recent stay at Citadines on Burke Melbourne. The standout positives were:
1. Staff Service: Check-in was excellent. The staff were warm, professional, and very helpful, setting a welcoming tone immediately.
2. Room Size: Plenty of room for luggage and for everyone to move around without feeling cramped.
3. Bathroom Amenities: The provided toiletries were nice quality and appreciated.
Items for improvements:
The spaciousness makes this hotel ideal for families. However, to make them truly perfect for families like ours, I'd suggest the management consider offering some room options with two queen-size beds to enhance comfort and sleep quality for parents and children sharing the room.
Despite this suggestion, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay thanks to the great service, ample space, and good facilities. We would definitely consider staying again.

GGuest UserNot recommended for those who value their personal data security and privacy.
Not recommended for internati9nal travellers who may not have enough charge on their phones to complete 3 forms, then download and set up an app that requires constant internet and Bluetooth connections.
Booking required multiple insecure methods of sharing credit card details and identification documents along with 2 forms to fill out with personal details and an app to download in order to gain access to the Building entrance, Elevator, and Apartment.
None of this information was given to me prior to booking. I would not have stayed here if I had known the extent of insecure transmission of personal information and amount of admin and work required just to check in and stay one night. I work in this space and know the risks. Management is putting guests personal data at risks with the excessive documentation requests.
FYI, requiring someone to send credit card PICTURES and ID pictures over email is completely insecure. This is bizarrely at odds with the excessive security to get into the building.
The constant need to carry your phone everywhere or you'd be locked of the apartment or even the whole building was extremely stressful.
In terms of the actual room, once I got in, the bed, kitchen, lounge and floors were clean but the toilet had not been cleaned in a long time. This was not nice. You could see parts under the rim had not been cleaned in years. Toilet had also been recently used and not flushed properly upon arrival. I did not take photos of any of this, it was too gross.
I ended up buying paper cups as the glasses/cups as those supplied were not clean, tried to take a picture but it's hard to see. They were covered in fingerprints and fibres of some kind.
The view was nice and loungeroom was great, study nook was extremely handy for remote work. Balcony tiles are moving and could be a tripping hazard. Laundry was well equipped but did not have time to use it.
AACA place for rejuvenate and value for money.
Location: we did not rent a car, but can go there from CBD by train (30 mins) and bus (10 mins). If you catch the 496 bus from Laventon, it takes a 8 mins walk to the hotel off the bus stop, If you take 497 from Williamslanding, it takes 18 minutes, but you can shop at the centre (Coles, Aldi, K-Mart and Chinese supermarket), eat at different restaurants, and have manicure or massage.
Facilities: the unit is well equipped with cooking utensils, we cooked our breakfast. There is no buffet breakfast but a la carte menu at the country club. The country club has gym and swimming pool too.
Nearby attraction: we went to Werribee zoom, Weribee Park, Werribee Mansion, Joseph's resturant. The zoo has a safari bus which is a great attraction.
Staff: the staff is helpful. We requested a lake view room one day before. They helped us by calling the cleaner as our check in day is a public holiday. Much appreciated.
MMonique.CThis apartment is right on the edge of Melbourne’s free tram zone, just a few blocks from Flinders Street Station—an ideal base for anyone familiar with the city’s tram network. Getting around is straightforward if you know how to make the most of the free transport system.
The apartment itself is well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. A functional kitchen includes a stove, an ample supply of cutlery and plates, and a smart TV with built-in access to Netflix—perfect for winding down after a day out. The heater did emit a high-pitched noise when first switched on, but it settled once the temperature stabilized, allowing for a restful night.
The only down side is the reception is not 24hrs.

Great
GGuest UserThe room was a really good size. The balcony was at a level where there was no building blocking either the view or afternoon sun - we had to pay extra for this though. The fridge didnt really seem to work, at least the freezer didnt. When putting icecreams in the freezer, they melted, so I turned the dial to cooler and then the fruit in the fridge froze our fruit. We really shouldnt need to adjust settings in the fridge/freezer for them to work. Also the toilet keep running after it flushed. The only way to stop the running of water was to push down on the flush a few times quickly.

GGuest UserThe location of the apartment was easy to find and near Monash Uni which where we need to go daily. The place has good parking facility and easy to find a parking lot. It is quite near to Clayton shopping areas etc.
GGuest UserWhen we arrived, we had an issue with our room—the balcony door wouldn’t lock, and the balcony was somewhat accessible from other apartments. Concerned for our belongings, we asked if we could change rooms. The front desk staff were extremely accommodating and kindly offered us a free upgrade to a higher-floor, two-bedroom apartment.
Unfortunately, when we arrived at the new room, the second bedroom was locked and inaccessible. We didn’t bother raising it as we hadn’t booked a two-bedroom apartment and didn’t really need the extra space. However, we are starting to feel that the rooms are becoming a bit... dated. There’s often a musty smell when we check in, and this time, we found someone else’s socks in the dryer—after drying some of our own clothes, which wasn’t pleasant.
A little more attention to cleaning between guests and ensuring faults are properly addressed would go a long way. Sadly, this experience has left us considering other accommodation options for our next stay—something we wouldn’t normally do, as the Oaks’ location is fantastic! That said, I want to reiterate that the front desk staff were absolutely lovely and very accommodating.
