Find Riads in Marrakech

This is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants. We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum. There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great. The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals. Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever. We will return

I love the ambience, the decor and above all, the service that this riad has given from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff member that greeted us was very helpful and informative, and there were two night shift members who were incredibly helpful arranging our early breakfast (because we had to leave super early) and accompanied us to show the safest way to the square at the crack of the dawn. Even when we got lost on our way to the riad, the staff member also picked us up and helped us with our belongings. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends or family who want to make a trip to Morocco, especially Marrakech!

At Raid Yakimur we rested with our son. Even before the trip, we answered our questions in detail, ordered us a transfer. When settlement, we had a Moroccan mint tea. Our room was on the first floor, leaving the room we were immediately in a beautiful public zone. Very unusual experience of living in a raid. In the room comfortable beds. I lacked lighting, but it gave a certain atmosphere. Unfortunately, during our stay, breakfast on the roof was not possible due to the weather, but there was always possible to go up and take pictures. Raid himself is very atmospheric. Responsive, attentive and pleasant staff work there. They did everything to make us comfortable in the riad. Next time we'll definitely come back here again!

Really loved this riad. It's clean, cozy, and the staff were the most welcoming I've ever encountered. Highly recommend it to everyone!

The interior is just as beautiful and colorful as pictured. I really appreciated the mineral water and the powerful hairdryer in the room. Breakfast was also incredibly delicious. However, the area around the riad isn't the safest, and there are scammers lingering around offering directions. If you're a woman traveling alone, I'd advise being cautious when moving around. It's also quite a distance to various tourist attractions. I also had a massage, which was excellent. Every staff member was very attentive and helpful.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing stay at Riad Jowara in Marrakech, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The location is absolutely perfect. It is within walking distance of all the main attractions, including Jemaa El-Fna Square and the Old Medina. The area around the riad felt very safe, with security cameras throughout the surrounding streets. During my stay, I never felt worried about pickpockets or unsafe people, which made exploring Marrakech much more enjoyable. A special thank you to Mohamed, the receptionist, who welcomed us so warmly after our long journey. We arrived exhausted, and all we wanted was someone to make us feel comfortable and cared for. Mohamed did exactly that with his kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. I would also like to thank the gentleman who served us breakfast every morning. His service was outstanding. I previously worked as a manager in a riad, so I understand the standards and the effort that goes into providing excellent hospitality. He was professional, attentive, and made every breakfast a wonderful experience. Speaking of breakfast—it completely won my heart! It was fresh, delicious, and one of the highlights of my stay. The moment you step inside the riad, you notice the lovely fragrance. Everything is spotless and beautifully maintained. Even the housekeeping ladies, although busy with their work, always greeted us with a warm smile and a cheerful ”good morning.” Those small gestures made us feel truly welcome. Our room was charming, comfortable, and full of authentic Moroccan character. The only point I would mention for improvement is the air conditioning, which was not performing very well. My suggestion is to check the room before guests arrive and, if there is an issue, arrange for repairs as soon as possible. Even if it cannot be fixed immediately, informing guests about it shows that you genuinely care and pay attention to the small details. That kind of honesty and warmth makes a big difference. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. The hospitality, cleanliness, delicious breakfast, and excellent location made our stay unforgettable. I will definitely come back to Riad Jowara on my next visit to Marrakech. Thank you to the whole team for making us feel so welcome!

Enjoyable stay at Riad Jibril. The tourist tax was expensive compared to my previous trips, as was the transfer fee, which could have been included in the price. Otherwise, a very good location in a very quiet neighborhood with all amenities. The staff at the riad were very friendly and always available.

The check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room. The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.

The location is tolerable, the service is good, only the administrator tried to impose expensive tours, it's better to book them yourself on booking and not listen to them. There were not enough hooks in the bathtub for hangers. Breakfast is delicious and wonderful

We didn’t have any issues there. In general the service is good even if there is nobody in the reception thus they give you your own keys of the main entrance and your room. As a suggestion it is needed a sign “Riad Nouhal” but anyway, if you follow the location on Google Maps, you will be in.
