If you could give more than 5 out of 5, this couple and their bed and breakfast would deserve it. Everything is impeccable; Covid safety is strictly observed and the owners are very helpful and friendly. The location is fantastic for walking around the area and going to the town centre. You can park for free on the street outside. Breakfast was delicious and they served us a complimentary drink on their lovely terrace. The large room looked newly decorated and the bed was very comfortable.

We have been a few days now in August and say it is a very good option for accommodation****.It is 5 ́s center and is an old hotel that has been renovated some things and left it quite majoor. Pros There is a very good location not only for visiting Jaca but for visiting the Jacetania district. The hotel has a very nice breakfast and a very nice breakfast. There are many options and the truth that everything was very rich and generous amounts at a reasonable price. The staff in general very friendly and close. Contra Better Bettes Colt (oye!!). The shower plate is swallowed (oye!!). The rooms have a little room. The price is correct, but, and understanding that it is full August, a high pelin for what it is offered (although having the pool you must recognize that it is a plus for those who go with children, if the time accompanys). In short, a great choice for accommodation**** in Jaca, both to visit the city (spectacular cathedral and good tape/food area in the center), as well as Ciudadela.

The friends we went to from the airport were very convenient. It would be great if we took a taxi directly. Then the front desk service was very friendly. We stayed in so many hotels and felt that the price performance of the hotel was very high. Recommended

Stayed here as a stop over both ways in the Pyrenees. It’s a good location easy to get to from the main road whilst the main town area is accessible up a few flights of stairs and it has secure parking. Booked via email for the first night, reasonable rate and good communication. Whilst there booked a return visit and got a better rate and parking included 2nd time. Rooms are clean and appear quite newly renovated but do lack any real character. Couldn’t get the air con working on the first visit but in a different room on the return visit it worked well. Shower was great on both visits small selection of toiletries in bathroom. Decent wifi and an elevator from secure basement garage to all floors. Due to late arrival ate in the hotel resturant first night, decent food, friendly server and nice local amber beer on tap. Breakfast was reasonable and unlimited. Reception was good on both visits, their English much better than my Spanish. Got a good recommendation for a resturant on the 2nd stop, which did not disappoint, reviewed separately. Reasonably priced for twin room, parking, dinner and breakfast. Even better value when booked with reception for return visit. Would stop here again.

Arrived at approx 4pm . Lucky to park, not many spaces and unable to reserve. Needed a drink & snack but restaurant closed at 3.30. Bar doesn’t open until 7.30. Vending machine but had no change. Room was good, clean airy nice view good bathroom. Restaurant opened at 8 pm. So in the meantime Bar opp the hotel was open so able to get a drink but nowhere sold any food until 8pm felt really odd. ( apparently a McDonald’s 5 mins away but didn’t know until following day) Pool to relax after a long drive was empty of water. Was not notified of this when booking or at reception. Breakfast : waited to be seated but no one came over so after being noticed and ignored we sat at a free table. Maybe that’s what we should have done who knows. Staff were few and frantically trying to clear & reset tables. Working hard but no system so just seemed frantic. Coffee machine was broken, noticed pots on tables so went over and asked one of the waiters for coffee. He obliged with two coffees from behind the scenes, when I asked for milk he disappeared again and topped them up. No jug so no second cup, maybe they had run out who knows. Not a great experience, breakfast food was average, a little depleted but then they were clearing tables! Would I stay again.. no , sorry as despite the pleasant room . Staff at breakfast and reception would probably benefit from fewer bookings as no one was interested. Not a 3 star experience.
