NOVOTEL Chongqing Airport

Not bad at all, had a very comfortable stay. When I left, the concierge even helped me send a package. I missed my airport shuttle, and the concierge kindly arranged another car for me. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

This hotel is perfect for a layover. It's very close to Terminal 3, just a few minutes from the airport, and the free shuttle service makes getting around incredibly convenient. Athena at the front desk provided excellent service, and the lobby is upscale and impressive. The hotel offers both Chinese and Western restaurants, catering to different tastes, and also has a breakfast buffet. I look forward to experiencing them next time I have the chance. Overall, it's highly recommended for transit passengers.

The front desk allowed me to check in early and upgraded my room for free. During my stay, there were no power outages, and the Nespresso capsules in the mini-bar were a nice touch. The housekeeping lady on my floor was very friendly. This is the view from the balcony. I had a great experience these past three days!

I initially chose this hotel just for its proximity to the airport, but it truly exceeded my expectations. It's smart, clean, and the front desk staff are polite. The only downside is that it's a bit far from nearby shopping malls, but for those staying to catch a flight, it's absolutely no problem at all.
