Got a free upgrade to a better room.
Very nice service. Free airport shuttle, needs to be called in though. 3 minutes away by shuttle car.

The room I stayed in this time exceeded my expectations completely! It was spacious and clean. Just what i needed after a long flight into Chonqing late at night.
What struck me the most was the efficiency of the service. I enquired about the complimentary airport transfer to the Hotel and was promptly attended to by one of the hotel staff whom arranged for it and guided us on where to go for the pickup. It was incredibly convenient.
Additionally, Jiang, the driver who picked me up, deserves special praise. The ride was incredibly smooth, with no bumps along the way. He even went out of his way to help with the luggage. The attention to detail was truly heartwarming.
The entire process, from check-in to pick-up, was perfect, deserving a perfect score of 5 stars. I will definitely choose this place for my next stay!

Had a great stay at Novotel just last week, a great option if you’re doing an overnight layover at Chongqing! The venue is super near the airport, with super convenient complimentary airport transfer available to and from the airport. The staff at the hotel in particular was super attentive to all my needs, and even offered a free upgrade for my stay! Shoutout to Fiona for the great service 👍🏼

I had an amazing overnight stay at Novotel for a flight transfer. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the airport pickup service was incredibly convenient. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff, especially Fiona at the front counter. She was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and provided outstanding service. She is a real asset to your team. I will definitely choose Novotel for my future transfers.

Very helpful customer service and the living environment is very comfortable. Highly recommend to stay here especially before flight departures. They also provide punctual transport service to airport.
