The host is the best! He was very hospitable, helped us a lot with our itinerary and transportation, also helped us store our luggage, and even lent the bathroom for us to shower even after check out. The room is very clean, the bathroom is really big, the bathtub is the most comfortable I have ever used. There is a swimming pool outside the room for sunbathing and swimming in comfort. The breakfast also surprised me very much. It will be delivered to the room at 8 o'clock. It is delicious and sincere. If I have the chance to come back again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Exclusive Plan Suites. The staff were amazing and truly went out of their way to help us whenever we needed it, from check in, to advice on getting around, and everything in between. The caldera view from our room was breathtaking. The hot-tub was always a welcome sight after a long day of hill climbing and walking (take the hike to Oia if you get the chance!), and it was always warm. Breakfast was served every morning, and there was always more than enough to eat. Location-wise, this spot is pretty convenient. We were only about a 10-12 minute walk to the shops in Fira (with great views along the way), so we never felt like we were far from whatever we wanted to do, but Firostefani is much quieter than Fira so it was nice to get back to the room after a day out and have a relaxing evening looking out over the water and checking out the cruise ships. I'm not sure what is going on with the beds, but we woke up rested every day! Probably the best sleeps we've ever had on vacation.

It was very good! It was a nice customer service with a smile and friendly. Lemonade was served at the reception, so I thought it was a welcome drink, and after arriving in the room, I was surprised to see a welcome drink and snacks. The scenery was good and the interior was great! Fashionable and tension rises. The sea doesn't spread right in front of me, but the room I stayed in with an ocean view also doubled as a mountain view! It was really good because I could see the night view. Breakfast was delicious and volumey. I didn't think access was so bad because I could reach it a little walk from the bus stop! it's recommended.

Not bad, the hotel that was booked earlier is more lovely. This is to find that Ctrip has not given the hotel. They temporarily transferred it to me. Although there is a pool, Santorini is so cold this season. But the overall view is still good.

Πολύ καλή επιλογή για τη διαμονή μας σε συνάρτηση της τιμης. Ο Χρήστος ευγενέστατος και εξυπηρετικός τόσο κατά την τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία μας κατά την κράτηση, όσο και από κοντά, το δωμάτιο πολύ μεγάλο, άνετο και καθαρό και η πισίνα ό,τι πρέπει. Μεγάλο συν για εμάς που μείναμε με μικρό παιδάκι το ότι έχει και παιδική πισίνα. Πολύ ήσυχη τοποθεσία, με θέα θάλασσα. Με αυτοκίνητο δεν είναι πάνω από 3-4 λεπτά από το κεντρικό πάρκινγκ των Φηρών.

We thoroughly recommend booking the Honeymoon suite with the jacuzzi. The apartment is beautiful. Location is one row back from the seafront, you have sea & mountain views and its quite private not overlooked. The only suggestion is the jacuzzi man to ring the bell before entering the apartment. The apartment has everything you need and beautifully cleaned everyday. Towels provide to use with Jacuzzi. Bed very comfortable, blackout curtains, slept like a baby. The owner/ host Tasos was lovely and available 24/7 if need be, arranged our airport transfers for us which we really appreciated. It was lovely to see Angelinas smiley face every morning on hand to answer any questions you have. Angelina made a great restaurant recommendation - Fistikies Restaurant which was our best meal & professional service during our stay, wish we had asked earlier as we would have eaten there again. You should book a table inadvance but they did manage to fit us in. Kamari has plenty of restaurants & bars, restaurant pressure can get abit overwhelming so do plenty of research before hand so you know which ones to try. The beach is pebbles no sand so sea shoes would be useful. Really enjoyed the snorkelling. Most of the sunbeds are owned by the restaurants, you can use free of charge you just have to purchase a drink or food, a beer was 4.50e. You must visit Oia, we booked a bus trip through Bus tours for 14e picked up at 4.30, leave Oia 9pm, which was more than enough time. Didnt want to get local bus as its packed and was worried wouldnt get on it after sunset. Unfortunately we didnt get to see the famous sunset as it went cloudy. The suites are beautiful, clean and white with amazing views. The hot tubs great temp with a little communal pool if you prefer a dip. Great location 5 min walk from Fira centre. We actually preferred Fifa to Oia and got a quad to go all around the island. Cleaners come every day and do a great job. Panini maker and coffee machine handy. Dimitrius, the manager, is 10/10. So helpful and always smiling. Book the trips through him as he has great local knowledge. He deserves a rise for the kindness he shows to guests! From Charlotte and Mr Maverick
