Nice hotel, spacious bed rooms with mini fridge. Clean and well presented throughout. Great breakfast buffet with hot and cold options. Kettles are free to borrow for the bedroom. Beds were comfortable and sockets were numerous. The location is great with a short stroll to the beach (200 yds). The bus station is near enough to walk to with cases to catch the airport bus. Bars and restaurants are plentiful in the immediate area. Tourist attractions are also close. Buses to travel to the old town stops 200 yds away and it’s cheap, regular and easy to use. Pay on the bus with a credit card. It is possible to explore further afield as public transport buses are available to travel all over the island. Our holiday was enhanced by advice and guidance from the hotel reception staff especially Mahy and Natalia. Their language skills enabled us to decide on where to go, how to get there and they gave us an insight into the local culture. They explained things to us that we didn’t understand. (English speakers were few and far between in resort. )Their help was invaluable and we were grateful for their time and patience. The hotel only has only Spanish speaking channels on TV . No BBC news, no subtitles, no World news or Euro sport. We were out most of the time so it wasn’t a major issue but it would have been nice for some downtime. The view from 505 was next doors living room so it felt intrusive if we had the blinds down. However this wouldn’t put me off booking this delightful hotel again.

We stayed a week with my wife in a beautiful place, with a wonderful view, only the beautiful sound of the sea that accompanies you all day and night was worth the holiday. The hotel is a very comfortable apartment and if there is something that is missing, please ask in the reception that you will be satisfied. Do not look for the perfect details, those you find in a 5-star, but believe me for the rest, it's worth a 5-star. The only sunset just in front with a different but charming view every day. We'll surely return. Thank you for your kindness.

The location is excellent, just beside the most lively beach in Las Palmas, there is nothing nearby. The nearest bus stop is just two steps away. The bus on the island is very developed. It is very convenient to go anywhere. The hotel is on the left. A large supermarket, daily necessities, fruit is still very cheap, it is closed at nine o'clock, pay attention in advance, because it is very close to the beach, swimming and sun is also very convenient. The room is very spacious, the two of us have anything to put, the bed is not too narrow, the bathroom is very spacious, and the cleaning is very clean The front desk is very welcoming and will say hello every time you enter or leave the hotel. There are not many types of breakfast, but there are some, fruit and meat, various bread, egg, ham, sausage, coffee juice, it is worth mentioning that there are freshly squeezed juice and yogurt, very good to drink The hotel has two terraces for sunbathing and the scenery is great. There is also a dj performance at night, but unfortunately it has not been completed. The hotel also offers free parking, which is very convenient for people who rent a car around the island. The only thing is that not all rooms are sea views. We stayed at the interior this time, but fortunately there is a terrace. When booking, remember to note the sea view room, and there is a strange smell in our room. It’s basically gone for a day.

The first room had two single beds shoved together. We asked for a double bed “cama matrimonial” and we’re given a second room that was completely inacceptable. The door was broken, it wouldn’t shut properly, the shower door sealant was half off, the toilet would flush, the sink wouldn’t drain, and the soap dispenser was broken. The front desk arranged for us to have an acceptable room which was an upgrade and completely functional. However it took 2 room changes and when they moved our things they tossed a half bottle of premium red wine. And to be fair, they offered a second bottle of decent wine, but why toss our wine?

This was a one night stay before picking up the cruise ship Azamara Onward. To get to check-in, you have to go up one storey from ground level by climbing a fancy set of entrance steps. There is a 1970s ”baggage lift” to the rhs, and if you have a disability you can use that, but it has no sides, and moves at a snails pace whilst your finger has to stay on the button. This lack in investment speaks volumes about this hotel. I was given a superior room due to loyalty scheme status, but it was nothing special. The air con was noisy, and the room lacked charging points. The mattress wasn't that great, and the bedding was musty. Dinner in the 23rd floor restaurant was a farce. The restaurant was fairly full with cruise guests on a dinner package that included a buffet and drinks. Rather than allowing us to pay for the same buffet, we were forced to choose from a very limited overpriced restaurant menu. The food was disgusting. The extremely processed food ”burger” was still raw in the middle; the hake was aslso still raw in the middle and both had to be sent back to the kitchen. They couldn't even cook the chips. My travel companion said that breakfast in the morning was even more of a disaster - not enough seats for the guests, nor enough food out. Would I stay here again? Well, I used Marriott points, so it was free. If I was paying for it, I'd want my money back.....
