The place was nice , the host is very kind and speaks good English. You will find cute kitties living on the ground floor.the owner will help you booking tickets for the attractions if u need for just a small charge . There are always many guests both chinese and foreigners. You can have dinner all together for 30 yuan and experience various local foods. The rooms are clean , there is airconditioning and he will provide a set of sheets and blanket/pillow. He even took all the guests on an evening walk to some cave for free. Totally recommended

This is perfectly located to enter the east gate of Zhangjiajie park. It’s close the the bus station too. You can get filtered water, use microwave, and they have shampoo and body wash and toothpaste and disposable towels. The rooms are not fancy but comfortable. The staff are lovely, and they are especially helpful with planning your Zhangjiajie hiking routes. The receptionist gave me lots of good tips! Thank you! Also, theres a dog and cat as security your guards! 😆

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. There was no cigarette smell at all, and the room was quiet with no disturbing noise, which made it easy to relax and sleep well. The hotel also has an elevator, making it very convenient for guests. The location is excellent — very close to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. There are many restaurants right in front of the hotel, making it easy to find food and local specialties. What impressed me the most was the hotel staff. Every staff member was lovely, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. Their hospitality made my trip even more enjoyable. The room was fully equipped with everything I needed, including complimentary drinking water, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, bath towels, and slippers. The room size was perfect and provided plenty of space to relax after a day of sightseeing. Another great feature was the high -speed internet. The WiFi connection was fast, stable, and reliable throughout my stay, which was very convenient for planning trips, staying connected, and streaming content without any issues. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. If I visit Zhangjiajie again in the future, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

Perfect location, very clean, and a great host. He helps you with everything. It's a one-minute walk to the main promenade by the water. Would book it again.

It's a great hostel! It's very clean and the location is also very good, especially if you're planning on visiting the Tianmen Mountain. You can either take a less than 20 minutes walk to the entrance, or take a Didi to get there extra fast. You can also get amenities such as shower gel, shampoo or dryer at the first floor.

Location: excellent, 1min walk to the center of the river bank. Service: owner is a attentive, caring and understanding lady. I arrived FengHuang old town with a tired face, after 2weeks in the temperature of 3'c to -6'c, she quickly served me with her Chinese herbal tea, my body feels warm and refreshed. She continued boiling a new batch of herbal tea for me the next day and filled my thermos. She gave me a super detailed old town map, showed me the routes not to miss. I was recommended to taste the local delicacies. The experience in this hostel is amazing. My room was being upgraded as it was a low season. I was served with warm breakfast, some warm Xiaolongbao, two hardboiled eggs, soybean joice and additional of xiaomizhou. That's a lot of food for me, she even packed the food and drinks for me so I can enjoy them while wallking along the beautiful misty river. I feel so blessed to stay at this hostel. The owner is the BEST EXAMPLE of all hostels I'd stayed for the past few years

The landlady is kind and beautiful. She recommends local delicacies and helps with booking tickets. This place is very close to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The hotel facilities are complete and clean. The trash is emptied daily, and mineral water, tissues, etc., are replenished. The environment is great, and the service is excellent. It's highly recommended, and my child loved it too. We'll definitely visit again if we get the chance.

The location is fantastic, right next to Peiyuan Bridge Metro Station, making it super convenient for getting around! The hostel has a great atmosphere, and even as a solo traveler, it's easy to find companions. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and the environment was comfortable. My only small suggestion is to improve the cleanliness of the bedding details; this time I found a stain on the sheets. Other than that, everything was satisfactory, and I would consider staying here again!

Very nice hotel, we loved the comfortable round bed. The bathroom was spacious and clean as well. The location is good, very close to one of the cable car stations, so depending on which route you choose, it can be very convenient. The area is okay too, with a few restaurant options nearby. The room itself was very large, although it also felt a bit empty. We really loved the mountain view though.
